Inspired by true stories of opioid addiction and recovery, Painless: The Opioid Musical is a collaboration between Michigan OPEN, Precision Health at the University of Michigan, and the University of Michigan School of Music, Theatre & Dance. This production is a work in progress (expected completion late 2019) inspired by true stories of opioid addiction and recovery. It will be performed for middle and high school students, accompanied by discussion and education.
