Hsou-Mei (May) Hu, PhD, MBA, MHS

Dr. Hu is a Clinical Information Analyst in Section of Plastic Surgery in the Department of Surgery at University of Michigan Medical School and the lead analyst for the Michigan OPEN team. Before she joined the team, Dr. Hu worked as a Lead Analyst in the Performance Assessment and Clinical Effectiveness (PACE) of the Office of Clinical Affairs at Michigan Medicine. She earned her Ph.D. in health services research with a minor in statistics from the University of Florida. She has a strong background in quantitative research and data analysis and extensive experience in outcome research and performance measures.
