Why Take This Course?

When someone has overdosed, every second matters. Knowing what to do—and quickly—can help save a life and give a person another opportunity for recovery.

What to Expect

This training will consist of three parts:

1. A Pre-Test where you will be quizzed on what you already know about opioid overdoses and how to treat them
2. The training course with lessons, pictures, and videos
3. A Post-Training to test what you’ve learned to confidently identify the signs of an overdose and properly use the drug naloxone to reverse it.

**Please note: There is not a certificate of completion available for this course. If you would like a certificate of completion, please take the First Responder course.
