The DEA has announced the national spring medication take back event will be Saturday, April 22nd, 2023.

Dozens of our sites, including hospitals, nonprofits, and regular community members (like you!) hosted successful spring events in the fall. Please consider hosting and bringing an event to your community this spring.

Important Dates
- 2/21/2023: Take Back Partners Kick Off Call at 2:00pm EST
- 3/1/2023: Deadline to submit partnership information to OPEN and order disposal boxes
- 4/22/2023: National Take Back Day, 10am-2pm
- 5/31/2023: Deadline to submit information to OPEN for reimbursement and data reporting
