Emily McKanna, MPH

Emily is a Clinical Projects Coordinator for Michigan OPEN. She received her Master of Public Health degree from Saginaw Valley State University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Michigan – Flint. Prior to joining the Michigan OPEN team, she worked at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital as a Patient Services Assistant and has many years of experience in the education field.

At Michigan OPEN, Emily oversees the patient and provider educational materials. She is passionate about Michigan OPEN’s work and looks forward to continuing to provide educational resources to health care professionals, patients, and their families.
