Lila joined OPEN in 2020 and supports operations at OPEN as a Research Compliance Specialist. Using knowledge of university, state, and federal processes, Lila guarantees compliance while working on IRB applications, grants, and publications.
Prior to joining the team, Lila supported research studies exploring treatments for substance use and behavioral health at Michigan Medicine. Lila earned both a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Health Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
Lila is devoted to applying her background in health care research in order to promote safe medication use and comprehensive patient care.
