Organizations can apply using the link below to place a request order. OPEN will review applications, notify applicants of awards by email, and provide up to the amount of materials requested directly to their organization. OPEN will also provide awardees with our Pediatric Website link to share information and guidance on pediatric opioid prescribing for providers and educational tools for patients and their families.
