Current Michigan Opioid Policies

This document provides an overview of the current policies related to opioids that have been enacted by the Michigan state legislature. Michigan first authorized a 10-bill package in 2017 aimed at curbing the opioid epidemic and drug diversion. The legislature has continued to update these policies, in addition to providing guidance on naloxone and the non-opioid directive.
